Manager Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager, FSR 2026/27 Projects is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of assigned Finance Systems and Robotics projects and enhancements by 30 June 2027. The role will manage allocated APS and contractor project resources to support delivery of ERP API and Webservices, ERP Automated Testing, TechnologyOne AI and Kofax Replacement, Accounts Receivable eInvoicing and the TechnologyOne Debt Management Module. The role will work with the EL2, business owners, vendors, technical specialists, ERP and Blue Prism stakeholders, project resources and governance forums to ensure project activities are planned, governed, reported and delivered to the required quality standard. Success will be measured through achievement of agreed milestones, effective resource management, delivery outcomes, benefits tracking and compliance with departmental governance requirements. Key duties and responsibilities Managing delivery of assigned FSR 2026/27 projects by 30 June 2027, including planning, coordination, monitoring, milestone management and delivery of agreed outcomes. Managing allocated APS and contractor project resources, including task coordination, progress monitoring, issue resolution, resource utilisation, expenditure forecasts and delivery cost escalation. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, delivery artefacts, governance documentation, reporting and quality assurance processes. Coordinating business analysis, testing, implementation, benefits tracking, adoption, business readiness and post-implementation activities with business owners, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders. Managing relationships with vendors, implementation partners, contractors and external service providers, including monitoring deliverables, milestones, performance and contractual obligations. Providing timely project reporting and escalation advice, while building productive relationships across FSR, CFO Division, business areas and governance forums to support informed decision-making and delivery outcomes. Essential criteria 1. • Proven experience delivering projects or technology-enabled business initiatives in a corporate, finance systems, ERP or related environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage APS and contractor resources, balance competing priorities, maintain delivery schedules and support quality outcomes. • Strong project management capability, including planning, scheduling, governance, risk and issue management, reporting, delivery assurance and application of project delivery methodologies. • Experience supporting ERP Systems, TechnologyOne, Aurion, system integration, testing, automation, AI, eInvoicing or business system replacement projects will be highly regarded. • Well-developed stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively with executives, business representatives, technical specialists, vendors and contractors. • Demonstrated initiative, judgement and accountability, with experience operating within Australian Government governance, assurance, procurement and accountability frameworks.
