FAQ

Clearances, plans, data safety, and everything else recruiters ask us.

erecruit links Australian Government ICT procurement records from BuyICT and AusTender to live job ads posted by tender-panel agencies on their own career sites and LinkedIn. That gives you the contract behind each ad. We never scrape Seek.

Sign in, open Resumes, and upload a PDF or DOCX. Choose Personal for your own CV, or Organisation to share it with your team. Parsing happens automatically in the background.

High (0.70+) is a strong match to prioritise. Medium (0.50–0.69) is worth a look. Low (below 0.50) is weak and usually filtered out of digests.

Only when the opportunity requires one. Clearance is a hard gate: if a role requires NV1 and your CV does not demonstrate it, we exclude the role rather than send you a lead you cannot fill.

Whenever a new or updated opportunity scores at or above your notification threshold, it is added to your next digest. Set the threshold to Low, Medium, or High.

Daily or weekly — you choose in your settings. Matches are always visible in your dashboard and Opportunities page, even between digests.

As many as you need. Personal CVs are yours alone; Organisation CVs are shared with everyone in your organisation.

CVs are stored securely, never sold or shared with third parties, and you can delete them at any time.

Opportunities close and job ads go stale. We prune outdated matches so your feed only shows roles you can still act on.
