Terms of Service

By accessing or using erecruit.io (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

erecruit links Australian government ICT procurement opportunities (BuyICT / AusTender) to live job advertisements published by tender-panel agencies, so recruiters can see which contract is behind which ad. The Service is a research and discovery tool and does not guarantee any particular outcome, placement, or commercial result.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-redistribute Service content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

The Service, its software, and its original content are owned by erecruit or its licensors. Government procurement data and agency job advertisements remain the property of their respective publishers and are displayed for reference only.

Paid features are billed through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information displayed is accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, erecruit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
