Manager Delivery Manager

Unsolicited emails will not be answered.  As the Delivery Manager, you will coordinate and manage the work of multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to deliver the Salesforce component of the Digital DHA. Operating under general direction from the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of required outputs, managing risks and issues, and taking appropriate action to escalate when needed. You will work closely with stakeholders to agree on scope, schedules and quality expectations, and maintain strong communication to support successful delivery outcomes. You will provide people leadership and HR support to the Business Analyst Team, including, day-to-day management. You will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to strengthen team capability and support to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Reporting to the Program Manager of Program and Investments, you will support the Program Manager in managing procurement processes and contract administration for the salesforce products and resources. Maximum hourly rate: $180 per hour including GST Key duties and responsibilities Reporting to the Program Manager, Program and Investments, and in line with DHA strategic objectives, the Delivery Manager has the following key responsibilities: Preparing and Facilitating standups sprint planning sessions, retrospectives for each sprint, facilitating Triage and Technical requirements sessionsFacilitate BA Stand up with the Salesforce Business Analysts and provide update including Risks, Mitigations, Actions and Decisions at the Scrum of Scrum Meetings and Team Leads Meetings weekly.Undertake sprint estimation and capacity and input into the resource allocation as part of the program including leave calendar and update estimation sheet.Supporting the Project Manager with the creation of regular program reports to the Executive. Including ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Responsible for coordinating competing requests and demands, setting priorities and managing the workflow for as part of the project.Support ECM in communication on project updates.  Coordinate and compile information that feeds into Prod Readiness Document and End Stage Reports.Maintain Confluence Salesforce project pages.Identifying risks to delivery and developing mitigations to reduce these risks, including updating lessons learnt, decisions, risks and issues register. The following capabilities are required to deliver on the key responsibilities of the position. Mandatory Requirements Previous experience as a delivery manager or scrum master for IT system implementation projects.A strong ability to manage priorities, organise workloads and meet challenging deadlines under limited direction.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills including the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders both verbally and written.Experience evaluating risk in the context of a complex and changing environment and experience dealing with a range of complex and/or contentious matters.Excellent organisational and analytical skills, including work prioritisation, dealing with competing requirements/workloads, and maintaining a customer focus.Strong problem solving and decision-making skills based on sound judgement, expertise and knowledge.Demonstrated experience leading and supporting a team, including HR responsibilities such as performance management, resource allocation and staff wellbeing.Experience building team capability through onboarding, mentoring and working with senior staff to improve practices and ways of working.Demonstrating experience in procurement, contract and vendor management.
