Data Analysts the design, analysis and delivery of relevant, trusted and objective statistics and data-related insights Key duties and responsibilities Although not exhaustive, the duties and responsibilities of the positions may require you to: Interpret data requests, extract and present data to fulfill the requests, and communicate caveats and data gaps associated with the request in simple terms Undertake data exploration, complex data analysis, interpretation and investigation of large datasets Collaborate with custodians of data sources to identify data that addresses health workforce needs, trends, and insights. Prepare data specifications for acquiring additional data from stakeholders. Participate in quality assurance and data validation of extraction and analysis performed by colleagues Develop and maintain automated data preparation processes using SQL and SAS Present data and complex numerical information in a clear and concise manner and clearly communicate statistical concepts to senior and non-technical audiences Document all aspects of analysis and data management Work collaboratively in a team environment, consult and share information with others to achieve work area and business outcomes Work closely with project managers and technical leads to meet deliverables Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified.
