Lead Organisational Change Management Officer

Organisational Change Manager to undertake tasks including: Define and communicate the approach for change management for a significant part of the organization; Initiate, plan, and lead strategic, large, and complex change management initiatives.  Provide guidance and raise awareness to help change leaders demonstrate effective behaviours to deliver organisational change; Establish feedback processes and lead analyses of change management successes; Enable continual improvements to change management methodology, tools and training necessary to enhance the maturity across the organization; and any other tasks, as directed by the buyer.  Key duties and responsibilities Deliver change on behalf of Digital Services initiatives through the whole change life cycle aligned to the Department’s Enterprise Change Management Framework Model (ECMFM), and Enterprise Agreement Experience including: Leading end-to-end organisational change management initiatives utilising the appropriate change assessment and guidance of the change stages that seek to promote readiness and adoption; Support the Digital Change Hub (and Digital Services strategic initiatives) to build change capability and support our people through digital change; Provide business level service focus with the ability to influence and drive initiatives at both an operational and executive level; Make sound judgments, have integrity and an ability to work under pressure. Be capable of working as part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team, as well as to the Digital Change Hub and across various programs/projects and strategic change initiatives. Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters. Essential criteria 1. Demonstrated recent working experience in driving and managing organisational change management and/or transition lead role with major transformation programs within the health, disability and aged care and/or the wider government sector; (150-200 words) 2. Experience leading end-to-end organisational change management initiatives, proven effectiveness utilising appropriate change assessment and guidance frameworks to promote readiness and adoption; (150-200 words) 3. Experience working in complex and dynamic digital environments; (100-150 words) 4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal including: o An ability to quickly understand technical information and translate it into plain English, suitable for the audience; o Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively persuade and influence at all levels; o A business level service focus with the ability to influence and drive initiatives at both an operational and executive level. (150-200 words) 5. Sound judgment, integrity and an ability to work under pressure as part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team across various programs/projects and strategic change initiatives.
