Siebel Developer

This role provides specialist Siebel development and production support, including resolving technical issues, maintaining system integrations and supporting reliable platform performance. Key duties and responsibilities Siebel Developer to undertake tasks including: Provide Level 3 support for production incidents, defects and technical issues.Design, develop and maintain Siebel CRM configurations, workflows, scripting, Open UI and integration components.Analyse business and technical requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces, web services and system integrations.Prepare technical specifications, interface designs and unit test documentation.Perform unit testing and support quality assurance activities prior to deployment.Collaborate with Technical Leads and other support teams (.NET, FMW, OPA and Integration teams) to resolve complex issues.Perform production data remediation, data extraction and reporting activities.Monitor system logs, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.Track and manage work through incident and defect management tools.Escalate critical issues and risks to ensure timely resolution and service restoration.Support platform performance, scalability, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to release activities, deployment support and operational governance processes.any other tasks, as directed by the buyer.
