Every member of our division –no matter our role or location –contributes to that mission.  The Simplified Targeting and Enhanced Processing Systems (STEPS) program is seeking a Business Analysts to join a multi-disciplinary team to perform analysis on how digital services and products being developed can better meet the user needs This role is required to ensure continuity of development capability, uplift code quality and maintainability, and support timely delivery of priority outcomes in line with the STEPS delivery model and governance expectations. Key duties and responsibilities Key Duties and Responsibilities The Senior full stack developer will be expected to: Design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using the Microsoft .NET and ReactDeliver high‑quality, secure, and scalable APIs and backend services aligned to approved target architecturesContribute to solution design, technical refinement, and estimation within agile delivery teamsCollaborate closely with architects, DevOps, testers, business analysts, and product ownersPerform code reviews and mentor other developers to uplift overall team capabilityProactively identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defectsSupport system integration, testing, and release activities in line with STEPS delivery phasesProduce clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams Required Skills and Experience Demonstrated senior‑level experience developing solutions using C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+) and ReactStrong experience building RESTful APIs and microservice‑oriented architecturesExperience with cloud‑hosted solutions, preferably Microsoft AzureSolid understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimisation, and resilienceProven experience working in agile, multi‑disciplinary delivery teamsStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholdersExcellent problem‑solving skills, with a pragmatic and outcomes‑focused approachStrong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across delivery streams   Desirable Qualifications Experience working on large‑scale government or highly regulated digital programsFamiliarity with enterprise integration patterns and event‑driven architecturesExperience with DevOps practicesExperience mentoring or coaching junior and mid‑level developersRelevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
