Salesforce Infrastructure Engineer

Role/s: 1 x APS6 Salesforce Administrator The National Disability Insurance Agency, Office of the CIO (NDIA OCIO) is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme. This work involves multiple projects spanning a number of current industry-leading technologies, including Salesforce/Industries as a core component. The NDIA is committed to providing access to its services for Participants and Providers through digital and cloud channels. The Office of the CIO (OCIO) seeks an experienced and energetic Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic fast-paced team. Rate: The proposed rate should reflect candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process. Citizenship: As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check. Labour Hire Licence: Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted. Key duties and responsibilities Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience applications. Exhibit a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build end-to-end automated processes using declarative tools. Investigate and troubleshoot OmniStudio components including FlexCards, Omniscripts, data raptors and integration procedures. Perform ongoing system administration including maintaining users, monitoring application metrics, managing salesforce configurations and data integrity. Deployment of changes via existing DevOps framework. Perform interrogation of various log sources to investigate issues. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. Develop and maintain documentation on processes and configuration. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines (business, architecture, data etc.) Work within an Agile delivery methodology. Troubleshoot API and integration issues with different applications e.g. MuleSoft. Develop meaningful event monitoring and alerting. Knowledge transfer and training within the team. (NOTE: the key responsibilities of the role are based on current priorities and may change over time) Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters. Essential criteria 1. 4–5 years’ experience within Salesforce eco-system. 2. Experience/Exposure with Salesforce Industries including OmniStudio. 3. Exposure to OOPs and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements. 4. Hands-on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments. 5. Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder. Desirable criteria 1. Demonstrable experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud. 2. Exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript is added advantage. 3. Platform Developer 1 Certification or Vlocity Certification will be a standout. 4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
