Senior SAP FIORI Developer

The SAP ABAP and Fiori Developer will design, develop, test and support SAP solutions across financial and HR systems. Working under limited direction, the role provides technical expertise across ABAP, Fiori, workflow, integration and related SAP technologies, while supporting business-as-usual activities and program deliverables in accordance with APS Values and the Code of Conduct. Key duties and responsibilities As part of an SAP ABAP and Fiori team, you will work under limited direction and in accordance with APS Values and Code of Conduct, to: Undertake SAP ABAP and Fiori programming tasks for both SAP financial and HR solutions. Work with the SAP System Support teams to provide technical support on business-as-usual activities and program deliverables. Perform and oversee unit testing ensuring the appropriate standards and methodologies are complied with, and system integrity is preserved. Undertake complex analysis and development activities in a range of technologies. Use SAP Developer workbench to design, develop and maintain SAP solution using SAP ABAP technologies on both FI and HR modules. Use SAP BAS for SAP Fiori application development and maintenance. Use SAP Workflow development engine to develop and maintain SAP workflow solution. Support data extraction from SAP ERP for SAP BW data modelling, and for external systems. Design, develop and support system integration solution for internal and external system communication between SAP and non-SAP systems. Work with SAP's JavaScript framework, SAPUI5 as well as backend components, such as, ABAP development, CDS Views and OData Services. Deliver high quality and efficient solutions that comply with standards and design principles, which meet our customer's needs. Collaboratively identify, analyse and resolve complex problems including providing second-tier problem diagnosis, support and the application of functional analyst expertise. Create and maintain technical documentation ensuring compliance with record keeping and quality assurance standards. Build and maintain effective working relationships with technical professionals, team members and stakeholders. Assist board members to implement decisions that focus on addressing risks to delivery. Ensure the successful adoption of project deliverables by the people that will use them. Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by management, as required. Required skills and experience Experienced SAP ABAP and Fiori Developer with over 15 Years of experience on both front end and backend programming for project and business as usual activities including: Standard SAP ABAP Development and programming. SAP workflow development. SAP front end: Fiori application development. SAP ABAP solution in an SAP ERP (ECC6.0) / S/4 HANA and BTP environment. Demonstrated skills and experience around SAP FIORI application development using a combination of UI5 and Data technologies within the SAP ABAP/NetWeaver/ SAP BAS/Eclipse environment. Experience in design, development, and deployment of SAP Solutions; including CDS Views, Workflow, and UI5, ideally experience with Cloud Solutions, On-prem and hybrid setups. Experience with either one or more of the following technologies JavaScript, ABAP, SQL and/or Java. Proven experience with the development of FIORI apps. Ability to design and coordinate complex technical changes. S4 HANA experience or native HANA development experience. ABAP Web Dynpro, Fiori, Adobe forms development, and BRF+ (Business Rules Framework) development skills. SAP BTP experience on Cloud integration, APIM is desirable. BTP understanding and knowledge of the services, experience in using BTP account. BPA related experience would be an added advantage. Strong SAP ABAP programming skills on both FI and HR modules. Experience with SAP web-based programming (Web Dynpro, BSP and ITS Java Script) and development. Experience with SAP Workflow development. Experience with SAP form design using SAP Script and SAP Form technologies. Ability to manage Adobe form development used for payslip and FI AR/AP invoices. Strong data analytical, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to use initiative and be able to work in an uncertain environment on rapid development. Highly motivated and focused on delivering quality outcome. Proven ability achieving results in a risky, challenging, or complex environment at project and system support levels. Proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate strategic outcomes and manage strategic stakeholder relationships. Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
