Senior Profisee Developer

The AEC is seeking an experienced Senior Profisee Developer / Engineer to support the development, implementation and ongoing operation of an enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform. This is a hands-on technical role requiring an experienced practitioner who can configure Profisee MDM, develop integrations, implement data quality processes, and support delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver MDM capabilities that support enterprise data management objectives. The candidate will be responsible for: Developing and configuring Profisee MDM solutions. Building and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms. Implementing data quality, matching, survivorship and stewardship processes. Working with Azure-based services and enterprise data platforms. Troubleshooting platform, integration and data-related issues. Supporting deployment and production operations. The successful candidate will work closely with solution architects, data architects, developers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver and support an enterprise-grade MDM platform on Microsoft Azure. This role is best suited to a Senior Profisee Developer, Senior Data Engineer, MDM Engineer or Technical Consultant with proven experience delivering Profisee implementations in enterprise environments. The candidate must hold an active Baseline AGSVA security clearance prior to commencement, and be able to obtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 AGSVA security clearance.  Key duties and responsibilities The Senior Profisee Developer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing, configuring and supporting enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Profisee platform. Delivering MDM capabilities that enable consistent, trusted and governed master data across business and technology domains. Designing, developing and maintaining integrations between Profisee, enterprise applications, data platforms and downstream consumers using APIs, Azure services and ETL/ELT technologies. Implementing and supporting data quality controls, validation processes, matching and survivorship rules, stewardship workflows and governance controls within the MDM platform. Working collaboratively with architects, engineers, business analysts, data stewards and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable solutions. Building and maintaining effective working relationships across the Agency to support the adoption of master data management, data governance and data quality practices. Engaging with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand data challenges, provide technical advice and contribute to the delivery of business outcomes. Taking ownership of assigned work packages through analysis, development, testing, deployment and ongoing operational support. Investigating and resolving complex platform, integration and data-related issues across development, test and production environments, implementing sustainable and maintainable solutions where required. Contributing to the establishment and continuous improvement of engineering standards, DevOps practices, deployment automation and operational processes. Supporting platform reliability, security, performance and maintainability through proactive monitoring, optimisation and technical improvement activities. Producing and maintaining high-quality technical, operational and support documentation in accordance with program and organisational standards. Providing technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge sharing to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing delivery culture. Identifying and communicating risks, issues and dependencies relating to MDM and data integration activities and contributing to the development of effective mitigation strategies. Performing additional duties or assuming responsibility for functions as directed by the Program Management team. Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters. Essential criteria 1. • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Profisee MDM. • Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, including: - Master Data - Reference Data - Data Governance - Data Stewardship - Data Quality Management - Matching and Survivorship - Hierarchy Management • Experience designing and implementing data integration solutions using APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and modern integration technologies. • Strong experience developing solutions using Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar technologies. 2. • Experience working with relational databases and SQL in enterprise environments. • Proven experience delivering complex data solutions within Agile or DevOps-based delivery environments. • Experience developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production-grade enterprise applications and data platforms. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions. • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, data quality frameworks, and metadata management practices. • Experience implementing data quality rules, data validation processes, and governance controls within enterprise environments. 3.
