Senior .Net/React Developers

Austrade is looking for Solution Developers .Net/React to develop and enhance its digital services for Australian exporters. The program delivers and enhances services using cloud platforms such as headless content management Kontent.ai, Azure, Dynamics 365 and bespoke web apps.   The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team including designers, analysts, developers, architects and testers to deliver client-centred solutions. They will collaborate with and take direction from the solution architect, tech lead and product manager to build technical capability to a high standard, using agile delivery and DevOps principles.   There are incumbents in these roles Key duties and responsibilities The Solution Developers will be responsible for:  Undertaking software development in the following:    Bespoke ASP.NET Core web app (Web API, Entity Framework Core).    Solutions based on ReactJS using TypeScript and JavaScript.   Programmatically interacting with a headless CMS.  Maintaining CI/CD build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps/Git.   Performing systems analysis, investigating technical problems and working with relevant team members to troubleshoot and resolve defects.   Working closely with the product manager, user experience experts, architects and other developers to design and deliver high quality, extensible and maintainable digital experiences.    Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required    Contributing to capability uplift in technical skillsets and process improvements.   Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters. Essential criteria 1. Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications. 2. Experience as a solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms, specifically the following development technologies: - Microsoft .NET Core specialising in ASP.NET Core - ReactJS using TypeScript and JavaScript - Azure DevOps with Git - Building and consuming Web APIs - Entity Framework Core with Microsoft SQL Server 3. Experience developing web experiences with Content Management Systems, in particular headless content management systems 4. Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver regular releases of quality software 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong written and verbal communications skills to engage effectively with technical with non-technical stakeholders - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Desirable criteria 1. Familiarity with the Government Digital Service Standards 2. Experience creating and maintaining DevOps build and release pipelines 3.
