The CIO Division provides a range of enabling services and operations delivery to the department and to Australian businesses and are seeking experienced and motivated Manual Testers to assist with the delivery of various ICT Projects across the Division. Key duties and responsibilities The successful applicant must have relevant work experience and a range of technical skills. The following would be well regarded:  Ability to effectively plan and manage testing resources and provide leadership and guidance to team members  Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills within the team and external stakeholders  Experience leading a team and working independently to perform functional testing, Integration testing and regression testing.  Experience determining approaches for evaluating AI products and facilitating evaluations  Dynamic 365 CRM test lead/tester experience  Experience with DevOps/TFS for test planning and defect management.  Solid understanding of testing principles and techniques  Automation testing experience is highly desirable.  Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. Ability to effectively plan and manage testing resources and guide, mentor and motivate team members Desirable criteria 1.
