Lead Data Analyst

Data Analysts the design, analysis and delivery of relevant, trusted and objective statistics and data-related insights Key duties and responsibilities Key Responsibilities:  Technical Lead - Data Analyst responsibilities include: Lead the delivery and maintenance of complex data requirements, dashboards and analytical products, operating independently and collaboratively across diverse projects. Ensure work is completed in accordance with established standards and frameworks, maintain thorough documentation, and support the ongoing development of team knowledge, capability and best practice. Apply advanced analytical and technical expertise to solve complex problems, evaluating the suitability of existing methodologies and identifying opportunities to improve, adapt, or develop new approaches to achieve business and project outcomes.  Engage with relevant Stakeholders to ensure development of solutions deliver desired outcomes. Actively contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes by validating own work and undertaking peer reviews of analytical outputs, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, are fit for purpose, and align with organisational requirements. Lead the resolution of complex or novel issues where documented processes are unavailable, developing, documenting and recommending sustainable solutions to inform future practice and organisational capability. Other Capabilities: Provide expert knowledge on data across the health programs. Has and maintains deep technical knowledge of large, critical aspects of compliance work. Deliver end to end  high value projects and/or solutions Systematically embed knowledge for team capability uplift Contribute expert advice on changes and scope in areas of specialisation Contribute to team operations, particularly in knowledge sharing Identify, develop and maintain relationships to deliver work outcomes Recognised outside of branch as technical expert introducing external prespectives create analytical methodologies and standards for work within the division Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. Demonstrated experience in working through situations when standard operating procedures do no yet exist proposing solutions for team consideration and future use. 2. Demonstrated experience with analysing large, complex amount of data. 3. Proven ablity to deliver and maintain complex requirements, dashboards and data request within frameworks and guides. 4. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across areas of an organisation to ensure the development of solution-based outcomes. 5.
