Role/s: APS6 Technical Business Analyst The APS6 Technical Business Analyst (Labour Hire) is accountable under limited direction to undertake complex work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents. The position has reasonable autonomy and accountability to exercise both initiative and judgment to interpret legislation and policy, in the application of practices and procedures to achieve outcomes within the functions. Rate: The proposed rate should reflect candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process. Citizenship: As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check. Labour Hire Licence: Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted. Locations: Canberra - ACT, Melbourne or Geelong - VIC, Brisbane -QLD, Surry Hills - NSW, Adelaide -SA Key duties and responsibilities •           Working closely with business stakeholder, understanding, discovering, defining, validating, prioritising and continuously managing business requirements •           Translating business needs into clear and comprehensive technical specifications •           Synthesising business and technical requirements and concepts and presenting them in clear and straightforward terms •           Providing input during the design phase, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals •           Facilitating workshops and perform business analysis activities including business process modelling, business and solution requirements lifecycle management, and data modelling •           Assisting team members with effectively documenting the systems and solutions that the team develops, delivers and maintains •           Working with an outcome focus, demonstrating an ability to effectively challenge the business while retaining a customer focus •           Continuously monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
