Senior Salesforce Developer

Role/s: EL1 Salesforce (LWC) Developer The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose digital solutions that improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The NDIA seeks an LWC Developer to join the Digital team within the DDI Branch. This role is responsible for developing, supporting and enhancing Salesforce-based digital services, including Lightning Web Components and Experience Cloud solutions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, the LWC Developer will collaborate with business analysts, Solution Architects, testers and technical leads to deliver secure, accessible and maintainable solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing operation and evolution of the platform while supporting delivery outcomes through contemporary software engineering practices and effective collaboration. Rate: The proposed rate should reflect candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process. Citizenship: As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check. Labour Hire Licence: Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted. Locations: Qld - Brisbane, SA - Adelaide, ACT - Deakin, VIC - Geelong and Richmond, NSW - Surry Hills Key duties and responsibilities Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Develop, test and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and platform configurations.Collaborate with business analysts, Solution Architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.Contribute to the development of secure, accessible and maintainable digital services that align with platform standards and business needs.Participate in code reviews, testing activities, release processes and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and delivery outcomes.Support integration activities between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, authentication providers and established integration patterns.Utilise contemporary development tools and practices to improve productivity, quality and delivery efficiency.
