Job description
The AEC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Change Analyst professionals for the Funding and Disclosure Reform (FAD) Program, with the primary aim of providing support for the management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities for technology solutions by business stakeholders. The candidate must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement. Key duties and responsibilities Support the development and delivery of communications, surveys, and develop supporting materialsSupport stakeholder engagement activities including feedback collectionMonitor and report on tactical change progress identifying risks and escalating issuesCollaborate with project teams’ business analysts and subject matter experts to integrate change activities into agile workflowsSupport resistance management by addressing concerns and providing practical solutionsEnsure compliance with organisational standards policies and health and safety guidelines
