Power BI Developers

Gather and document business requirements with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and implement Power BI reports and dashboards using underlying data sources. Administer and monitor the Power BI platform, maintain and enhance reporting solutions, train users in ad-hoc reporting, and establish BI best practices and repeatable processes while working with moderate to minimal supervision. Key duties and responsibilities Design, develop, test and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models and analytics solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Data Architects and Data Engineers to gather and translate reporting and analytics requirements into effective BI solutions. Develop, optimise and maintain data models, measures, KPIs and reporting datasets to support regulatory and corporate business functions. Implement data transformation, cleansing and integration logic using SQL, Power Query, Databricks and enterprise data platforms. Ensure the accuracy, quality, security and governance of data used in reporting and analytics solutions. Analyse and troubleshoot reporting, data quality and performance issues across the BI environment. Support report deployment, workspace administration, access management and lifecycle management in Power BI Service. Contribute to BI standards, design patterns, best practices and data visualisation guidelines across ASIC. Produce clear documentation, including business rules, technical designs, data lineage and operational support procedures. Work within Agile delivery teams and actively participate in planning, estimation, testing and release activities.
