Senior Data Modellers

This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise data models across data platforms, translating business requirements into logical and physical structures. You will ensure data quality and consistency, support solution delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable reliable, scalable data outcomes. Key duties and responsibilities Create conceptual, logical and physical data models to support development and enhancements across ASIC’s data infrastructure Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and application/solution teams to define requirements and document data transformations. Conduct peer reviews of data models developed by team members and external suppliers to ensure quality and consistency. Apply ASIC’s data modelling standards, naming conventions, modelling patterns and data governance requirements. Contribute to the design of data solutions across operational systems, data integration platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, analytics platforms and reporting solutions. Develop models using appropriate approaches, including relational, dimensional, Data Vault and NoSQL modelling, based on the needs of the solution. Contribute reusable data patterns, definitions and models to ASIC’s enterprise data capability. Clearly communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders through models, diagrams and supporting documentation.
