Monitor and evaluate test engineering practices to ensure alignment with project objectives, technical standards, and delivery priorities. Work closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, and Operations teams to embed testing throughout the delivery lifecycle. Provide guidance, mentoring, reusable assets, and automation solutions to support capability uplift across the testing community.
