Application Technical Specialist, implement changes to the applications as required. He pay close attention to how applications interact with each other to form a service and aim to improve the way application support the business. Key duties and responsibilities Scope of requirements –   Monitor CRM BAU mailbox and respond to queries. Action manual steps to trigger internal processes such as generating invoices and commencing assessments. QA and review SharePoint 2013 portal forms updated by ITS team.  Assist with changes required to the National Register. Work with stakeholders to investigate issues. Deliver CRM training to new staff.  These services will be delivered under the direction of TEQSA’s Senior Systems Analyst or the CIO.  Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters. Essential criteria 1. Technical expertise: Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 2016, integrated with SharePoint 2013 (both hosted in Microsoft Azure), 2. Security Clearance: Baseline security Clearance 3. Past Experience: Knowledge and experience of TEQSA IT systems and environment 4.
