Manager ICT Master Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to oversee the central management, governance, and coordination of our IT roadmap Program of work. This specialist will play a key role in aligning project schedules across the portfolio, ensuring consistency, maintaining schedule governance standards,  and proactively managing interdependencies to keep all initiatives on track. They will provide centralised control over project timelines, eliminating conflicting schedules, support structured governance reporting,  and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and program level assurance requirements. Key duties and responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Centralised Schedule Management: Oversee and manage the master schedule, aligning all project timelines across the program to eliminate inconsistencies, maintain schedule governance standards,  and ensure alignment with key deliverables.Managing Interdependencies: Identify, track, and manage dependencies across IT projects, preventing bottlenecks and resource conflicts and schedule misalignment across the program.Unified Reporting & Visibility:  Provide clear, consolidated reporting on project progress, risks, timelines,  schedule governance status to support leadership decision-making and program governance.Resource Alignment:  Ensure that resources are optimally allocated across all projects, identifying over- or under-utilisation and making necessary adjustments to support delivery priorities.Accountability and Risk Mitigation: Serve as the single point of contact for schedule management, proactively flagging risks, escalating governance issues where required,  and ensuring milestones are met. Schedule Governance and Assurance: Establish and maintain consistent scheduling standards, control, and reporting rhythms across the program to ensure schedules are accurate, traceable, and aligned with agreed governance processes.
