Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer (Developer)

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to lead the design and implementation of the IRM module across the agency, leveraging proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow outcomes in large and complex organisations, preferably within government. Key duties and responsibilities Lead or contribute to the end-to-end design, implementation, configuration, and optimisation of the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product, ensuring alignment with the agency's governance, risk, compliance, and assurance objectives.Develop and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including workflows, data models, integrations, dashboards, reporting, and automation capabilities that support effective risk and compliance management.Engage with business stakeholders, risk owners, compliance teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, define target operating models, and establish fit-for-purpose IRM processes and controls.Provide thought leadership and best practice recommendations on adopting ServiceNow products Out of the Box.Produce and maintain solution designs documents, operating procedures, and knowledge transfer documentation to support ongoing platform sustainability.Participation in transition and knowledge transfer to agency internal support teams at the conclusion of the program.
